What is the difference between the Dated and Undated planners?
Dated planners follow the calendar year (January to December) or academic year (August to July), while Undated planners allow you to fill in your own dates so you can start your planning journey at any time.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak launch seasons, processing may take up to 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened planners in their original packaging. Please note that digital products and personalized items are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
What kind of paper is used in Passion Planners?
We use high-quality, sustainably sourced 120 GSM paper. It is designed to be thick enough to prevent most ink bleeding and ghosting, making it perfect for pens, markers, and stamps.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed.
