At Passion Planner, we want to help you reach your goals and find joy in your journey; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unused planner or accessories in the original box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
